All required car hire insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) are included in our car hire rates. The vehicle's car hire insurance is subject to an insurance excess value : When you collect the car hire at Brussels Airport, you'll be asked to leave a credit card deposit to the value of the car hire excess : (Depending on the type of car you select) between EUR 500.00 and EUR 1000.00. Providing you return the vehicle undamaged at the end of the car hire, this value is returned to your credit card in full. In the unlikely event that you damage the car hire vehicle, your maximum liability is limited to the car hire insurance excess value. On arrival at the Brussels Airport car hire station, you will collect the car hire vehicle with a full tank of fuel against a credit card deposit. Insurance Excess deposit.

Lost car hire vehicle keys.
Vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you lose the car hire vehicle's key, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately EUR 100.00) plus any associated transport costs in connecting you with a new vehicle key. Damage to the vehicle's underside. Damage to the vehicle's underside is the responsibility of the renter. Although a very rare ocurrance, damage caused by driving off-road, impacts from rocks or other items to the underside can cause considerable damage to the vehicle. If this situation arises, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

Baby Seats
Baby seats are suitable for new-born babies until approximately 6 months of age. Baby seats are normally available on car hire vehicles from Brussels Airport on request. There is a charge of EUR 12.00 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Brussels Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Child seats
Child seats are suitable for young children from approximately 6 months of age until 2-3 years of age. Child seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Brussels Airport on request. Booster Seats

There is a charge of EUR 5.00 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Brussels Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Additional Drivers
You may add additional drivers to your car hire on arrival in Brussels Airport. These are payable locally at Brussels Airport at EUR 7.05 per day.
Buy-out of the Vehicle's Insurance Excess
