When we first started selling car rentals on the internet in the "old days" of 1998, the car rental industry heavy-weights scoffed at our simple transparent pricing and all-inclusive car rental deals. Today, CarJet has achieved a serious segment of the leisure car rental business into Spain and, more importantly for us, a loyal following of over a quarter of a million customers who have experienced first-hand our way of doing car hire on the internet. Low-cost car hire When you've checked out our prices you'll be very surprised at our competitive rates for car hire. We get these prices by working hard, we now book more than 20,000 cars a year at each of the bigger airports on our network .. by providing volume we negotiate the very best rates around. What's more our company policy is "low-cost", we advertise only via the internet and although we have a web brochure of nearly 900 pages at your service, there's no printed version to push up overheads. Similarly, we deliver nearly all customer documentation via the internet so there's no pretty travel wallets or other paper to increase the costs of processing your booking .. it's your paper and your ink that prints out our documentation!
The difference is Service! CarJet.com is not just about offering very competitive prices for car rental, we believe that our honest, "up-front" approach to our business makes us very different from other car rental sources. We take an active role in resolving customer service problems when they arise and unlike our lesser brethren we are are available to our customers on a 24 hour basis via a special Hot Line number issued to all our customers that is manned 24 hours a day, 364 days of the year.
Your way, not ours! Although we process most of our reservations with our customers via the internet, we're also delighted to attend your enquiry by telephone if you prefer this. Unlike so many "web wonders" that have crept up lately who are mysteriously "only" available by e-mail, we're a real live business and our reservations department will be very happy to assist your enquiry personally.
We're also available via chat screens in real time during some 12 hours every day to attend you faster. For e-mail, chat or telephone enquiries we can attend you in English, Spanish, French, Dutch & German
Open all hours! Our website is available 24 hours a day worldwide, seven days of every week. Our reservations department operates from 08:00 - 18:00 GMT hours, every day of the year including Sundays & Public holidays*! Outside these times, we will always offer a prompt reply to your enquiry no later than 1 hour from the start of trading the next day!
Changes or refunds? Just like your favourite store we don't believe in hassling our customers when they need to change the merchandise! If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, just let us know as soon as possible. We don't charge cancellation fees providing you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of hire. Unlike other companies out there we don't sell phoney cancellation insurance either!, an old car hire industry ploy to subsidise lower rental prices ... with CarJet.com the price you see is the price you pay! In the event that your plans change, we simply ask to be notified as soon as posssible. Your request to change or cancel your booking will always be acknowledged on the same working day as receipt and in the event of cancellation, or a reduction in the number of days you'll get a prompt courteous confirmation of the no-penalty refund for the services cancelled. If you need to cut-short your car hire once the rental has started we may not be able to refund unused days, because thats how the car hire industry works, but we'd still like to hear from you. We have excellent relationships with our suppliers and we may just be able to resolve things for you on the spot; after all - we don't want you to use our services just once, we want you to come back again and again for our good service!
Secure Shopping On this website, the price you see is the price you pay! Our prices are always based on the Euro and converted to other currencies at the current exchange rate. On all our web pages, you can select price lists in your own currency and unlike our competitors, we show the real rate of exchange as closely as possible so there are no nasty surprises!.. We also offer a secure server so that you can book online with total peace of mind without any surcharge for credit card payment. During last year, our reservations department handled over 30,000 credit card transactions without 1 single case of disputed charge. We're very proud of that statistic; it's what our customers demand from us and we're determined to maintain the same exacting standards of scrupulous proceedures in the coming year.

E-Mail has one big advantage over these methods though .. leaving to one side for the moment it's convenience .. all our communication comes in a recordable format. So there's nothing that your travel agent "forgot" to tell you about, or room for error. We like to send our customers detailled quotations for their chosen location prior to booking spelling out in black & white the price, conditions and any supplements (or lack of them), we know from listening to our customers that they really appreciate this information prior to booking.
